A digital spreadsheet template ("Template") delivered as a Google Sheets copy link and an Excel file. Nothing physical ships.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Template for your own business. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the Template or links to it, in original or modified form.
The Template is a record-keeping aid. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Figures such as the tax set-aside estimate and mileage deduction depend on inputs and rates you enter. Confirm your obligations with a qualified professional.
We test the Template in current Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel 2016+ but provide it "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for data you enter, lose, or share, or for changes Google or Microsoft make to their software.
If the Template does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Template.
